Always had issue with service dept.
Why do they call it service dep
I’m from out of town and ordered new rims and tires.
Before I left I asked if the air pressure monitoring pressure is OK and they said yes.
As soon as we used the vehicle the system came on.
I called and have to make and appointment so they can charge me again. NOOP

Tina and Kass were super helpful in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I called and spoke with Tina afterwards indicating to her how pleased I was with their treatment and service. I’m happy my truck is back on the road and how responsive they were as well as how Kass kept me in the loop every step of the way. Appreciate the loaner vehicle as well it really helped me out. My experience at cross down Chevrolet has been outstanding since I took ownership of my Chevy half ton. It is now 2 years later, and I have not spent a dime on any repairs. And services to my truck and it is a service truck. I appreciate the service from the front desk and the quality of work that has been performed on my truck. I highly recommend them

Had an appointment today at 10:30 to get my oil changed and rotate tires. Once I got there I was told that it would be 4 hours. I was told that appointments are simply made for arrivals and that the service advisor decides when your vehicle is looked at. Make sure your schedule is cleared for the day even if you have an early appointment.

I have never shopped their but they have been in business for a long time. I don't prefer Chevrolet or Buick. Good location and they have lots of stock. If you like Cherolet it's a good place to go for sure
