Sudbury store is awesome. Have not had any problems with any staff member. Matt, Cameron, Angie awesome. We are both very pleased with the service,kind, helpful and very personable. We both highly recommend Easy home Sudbury.

If I could give no stars I would.
Cameron, Angie and Matt at Lasalle Sudbury, you can do better! You are representing a reputable company and your customer service is very weak. I am helping someone make payments on their account with my banking, I am not your customer. Matt you should not be telling customers, clients or any internal customers that you don’t have time to argue today, especially when you as a manger is making unauthorized charges on a date out of contract! EASY HOME LLC CORPORATE FIX IT PLEASE ❤️

Absolutely garbage company we missed two payments because we had a double move and they could not even accommodate us even though we were trying to catch up on all the payments then they show up on our door step with no warning and repossess the TV after we have paid out almost $800 on this TV they are over priced and not to mention their staff especially the manager Matt is rude and Cordell is not any better the only person with a brain cell over there is Angie and she has gone above and beyond for us more then once . So I really hope that head office sees this and starts getting their store back to the proper staff who have better customer service and will go above and beyond with their clients wether it be missed payments or whatever the case maybe they should be more accommodating. If I could rate this company a zero I would in a heart beat because I wouldn't recommend a spider to deal with these damn people and that's saying a lot cause I don't like spiders

Such an awful business prepaid in advance for a bedroom set, it’s been a week of getting the run around and nothing actually being done about it, furniture was sent to another town, the one item we did receive ended up being wrong, any time we try and call to get answers were hung up on or just given excuses as to why it couldn’t be delivered yet again, after assuring us it’d arrive that day, missing school and work to deal with them and nothing ever gets done, avoid easy home at all costs, by far the most unreliable, unprofessional business I’ve dealt with for apartment furnishing.

Would be zero stars if possible. Stay away from this high interest and fraudulent outfit. They refuse to communicate with you but have no problem trying to take money from your bank account when they shouldn't with no explanation at all. Maybe this review will get someone from head office attention so we can finally put months of dealing with the Sudbury branch's inept and incapable management to rest. The biggest joke of a company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Take your business elsewhere!

If it wasn't for Angie, the star rating would be a lot lower. She is the most competent staff that works at that location and will go above and beyond to answer questions and be accommodating. She is is caring, compassionate and understanding and knows the products very well. She deserves a solid 10 stars and a raise! Other staff could really learn a lot from her and emulate her customer service approach and work ethic to give the overall store a higher rating.Keep up the good work, Angie!

Service is bad got help from one of them but the other Angie is rude and hangs up on you, don't return phone calls can never help when you talk to her.

Have been trying to get a loan for 2 weeks. They said they would call back multiple times and I would call them back 1-2 hours later only to find out they left. Horrible customer service.
