Worst experience ever. On Wednesday I was advised I had an appt on Monday. It took them 3 days to even look at my car. When I showed up frustrated on the third day, I found my front windshield smashed. The answer I received from
The mechanic was “oh well, a rock must of hit it” in our private parking lot The parking lot was full vehicles and there was not one vehicle with a broken window. I was pretty much told “too bad”and now I am out $480 plus installation and tax. Worst garage experience ever! Do not bring your car there! Thanks for not repairing my car and costing me over $500 for a new window.

My truck broke down when I was in Sudbury . I’m new to the area and from out of town.
With some texting to co workers they said they get work done at Ken’s Auto. So I dropped the truck off to get the front CV joint fixed at 4pm. The next day they called and said it was ready at 1:30 for pickup. I recommend this place. Fast and fair price for the work I had done.
I will be going back.

Ken was absolutely amazing he worked with me and communicated so well regarding my car. I brought my car in to just get looked at after running into some issues after doing some work to my car myself. Awesome service and a great person. First time dealing with him. I recommend him. :)

Every time I go to sudbury to visit my cousin I take my car to Ken's shop for an oil change and maintenance and he always does a fantastic job and takes extra special care of my vehicle . Highly recommend everyone and anyone if your looking for fast and reliable and fair prices go see Ken.

Great Mechanic friendly staff, went in to get my oil changed and breaks fixed and was in and out. Sometimes I get nervous going to mechanics as a women not knowing much about cars but honestly ken made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me.
