It's inside the Staples, but there's no signage for it, and it currently shows up on the map inside/behind the Motion store. Took me a few minutes to figure out, but once I did I was in and out in seconds. The staff working there were both friendly and very efficient.

Although I was home the first 2 attempts to deliver my package to me, the driver returned the box to the depot. I arranged that I would pick up the parcel today but in morning I received a message advising the package was out on delivery. I drove țó the depot and the parcel was not on delivery. The parcel weighs 51 lbs and being disabled I requested the box b delivered tomorrow since I am unable to pick it up. I was told it could not b done and that I needed to contact FedEx HO. The young man was very helpful and did what he could. Now we hope it is delivered tomorrow. I asked the driver call me when he arrives to make sure i will greet him. Apparently they are not provided phones. What a terrible way to conduct business. If a signature is required, delivery time should not be arbitrary, an appointment should be arranged
