Horrible. The customer service when we called FedEx was so hard to understand.We were told my husband could pick up our package as long as the addresses matched. Our home address.The young lady's told us our address needed to match the address on the package which was the msrcus dr address for staples. That's where it got shipped to. We don't live at staples obviously. Mine and my husband's addresses matched. Our last names don't. They wouldn't release the package to him because his address was not marcus drive like the package said lol that's staples address! He had receipts, tracking #'s, I'd with the same address as me and they still wouldn't give it. Apparently he has to have my exact name or live at the address on the package which is staples address at marcus dr! Insane.

fedex ripped me off by taking my money then not delivering the package...no refunds they say...worst international shipping experience ever (they fraudulently marked it as delivered to an american address when it wasnt and then returned it to me ...BUT IT NEVER EVEN LEFT SUDBURY)..5 stars for staples who eventually got tired of me and gave me a refund but AVOID USING FEDEX id give negative stars if i could
