“Diane the owner responded immediately to my email. She took my order over the phone, helped me with details, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to learn gift wrapping and delivery was free. In fact, she delivered it personally! (Don't think this would happen in Ottawa) My relative, who was suffering a bereavement, was touched by the beautiful angel, and very impressed by the polished lady who delivered it. ❤️ ? ? Diane!
