I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make my mother's birthday special!I initially placed an order online for local delivery for a Maison Berger lamp starter kit and some fragrances. Diane got in touch right away to let me know that one of the fragrances was out of stock. I was in the midst of flying from my homebase in Los Angeles up to Wisconsin, so I didn't have reliable access to inventory for a replacement. I vaguely asked for a couple alternatives my mom would like. Diane came back with spot on suggestions that my mother ended up adoring!5/5 all around. The service was friendly, speedy, and knowledgable.
