At that chain store, it took 2 weeks to get my ring back and they sent it across the country for service. Trek Jewellers had my heirloom wedding ring repaired within the hour at comparable cost, and included a 1 year warranty on the work. I will be using this local jeweller for any needs from now on.”

“I had an absolute wonderful experience here. The two lovely ladies who helped me find my heart necklace were so kind . At first they weren’t sure if they had any but one of the ladies made it her mission to find the only one in the store. Even signed me up for the membership and helped put it on me. We’re out of town and I took a chance coming here but I’m so glad I did I wish I caught their names, but those ladies felt like my friends by the end of it, thank you again for making my experience wonderful:)”
