Mark and Gurvinder went above and beyond my regular maintenance took the time to address small issues and I also want to mention that I've seeked advice from the staff at this particular location and have never been turned down even if its a silly question they assist with utmost respect and kindness these men are kind and have an amazing work ethic and their customer service skills are top notch highly recommend especially as a woman its hard to find trustworthy and reliable advice in the mechanical fields .... just basically a big thank you to the staff at jiffy lube for helping me with my vehicle any time I receive services I always leave with a smile!

Horrible experience, do not go there if you do not have any car sense. They will take advantage of you. They lost a socket in the vehicle and then took over an 45 minutes to get it out saying they had no idea where it went or how to get it out. At one point they had 4 mechanics in the car working on it. Mechanics walking around the shop screaming at each other, calling each other names. After we left the vehicle had a check engine light that was not on when we drove in initially. Went back to check it out, told us it was off. We pulled out of the bay and the check engine light was till on so then went back a 2nd time. The mechanics told us it wasn't there fault that sensors go bad.they got their assistant manager and he told us that we were scammers, screamed at us and tried to fight my partner. Even came up to the car and threatened him. The assistant manager refused to give us any info, even his name.
This is inappropriate management and wildly inappropriate behaviour regardless of the issue.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I usually have the oil done at the dealership, but my wife went to Jiffy Lube on the Kingsway because she was overdue for an oil change. Within a week, I noticed a pool of oil in my 3 month old freshly paved driveway on a day it was -40. I was the second person in that day for the same reason, and one tech remarked it was the same car (RAV4). I suspect they don’t know how to do the work on this vehicle properly. When my wife was explaining why she was late for work, a few co-workers at the hospital commented they had the same experience because some parts weren’t tightened properly.
When I brought my vehicle back and explained that I was furious about my driveway, the tech told me they’d replace the filter… and for free. They were polite enough and fixed the filter/o ring. But now I have an oil stained driveway to fix that will cost who knows how much and take me who knows how long. I had visited my dad on the weekend, and his driveway had oil stains as well. Now I’m praying I don’t wake up to more oil in my driveway because of a mistake made out of negligence.
Needless to say, we won’t be using Jiffy Lube again. I would advise you to take your vehicle anywhere else, unless you enjoy working with oil stains and don’t care about your driveway.
Update: Jiffy Lube responds to my post saying to context them so they can make it right. I emailed them that day, and never heard anything back. Just so you know what you can expect.

If I left this review yesterday it would have been 5 stars, even though they are somehow out of a popular oil, it's literally what you sell. But after bringing my car to the dealership today for a noise in my engine, one thing's that was found was a full nest under the air filter. That 100% should have been noticed and cleaned out if they were doing the full job. Cutting corners is not good service. I'll stick to garages or other oil change places going forward.

Great customer service, while I was there waiting for my car to get it's oil change, another man came in and just walked into the shop where there is clearly signs saying not to do that due to the massive open holes in the floor, he was not impressed being asked to return to the reception area and proceeded to being cursing and swearing at the staff. They handled it amazingly and kept smiles on their faces. Happy holidays jiffy lube Kingsway team
