Two girls working on Sunday the 21st couldn't be bothered to stop their non work related conversation and great us, let alone ask if we needed anything after circling the store 3 times.
They were still talking when we left!
Walked down to your competition and spent our money there.

Amazing customer service! Wes was awesome and so incredibly helpful. I had to try on multiple sizes and styles of boots and he had on a positive and helpful attitude the whole time. At the end, I was able to make a happy purchase!

Always a great and FUN atmosphere. The workers never make you feel like you must purchase something and they are super HELPFUL and knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect shoe for you.

The staff there are incredible. I've brought friends and girlfriends in there every time they are looking for shoes or boots because I know they will get professional service with a very personal interest. They always make us feel like we've been friends for a long time. They're also not your typical retail personnel. They're really chill, not pushy, and genuinely love the products they sell so they know a lot about them. I've always been too cheap to buy a good pair of boots but I recently bit the bullet and decided to reward myself with a good pair of Dr. Martens. There's a few places in our mall that sells them but I went straight to journeys because I knew I could rely on their customer service. Sure enough I had another great experience and bought a great pair of boots for the motorcycle that I'm very satisfied with. They didn't have my size in stock so they ordered them for me and it took literally less than 48 hours. So big thanks to those dudes.
