nobody answers the phones there.
its 3:30pm, they close at 6pm, yet I have been just sitting here trying to get through for 10 minutes. no one is answering the phone.

Had my summer tires changed to winters. Dropped off at 5:30, they called at 7:45 and I didn’t answer and called them back at 7:46. Got a voicemail machine and couldn’t leave a message, went to the tire shop at 7:50 and the place was closed. Now have to pick up my car before work tomorrow morning. Very unprofessional, leave a voicemail or at least give me a heads up. Disappointing experience. Don’t book an appointment at 5:30pm when you close at 6 and say you’ll have doors open only to leave my car without notice. Waited around for 3 hours for this!!

I had the worst experience here.
I booked an appointment here with a deal with a discount which was confirmed twice by their team. Upon reaching there they give me a deal which was way to higher than the decided price and they say that it was a mistake. I went to them twice. Once when i went they said that you are booked and you are getting the deal. Second time i go there they say me it was a mistake. Wasn’t expecting such an unprofessional business.
