Bright our commercial truck in for a tire change. There was an issue with the rims and studs. The manager, Kara, immediately assured us that Kal Tire would resolve the issue. She ordered in all the parts as quickly as possible, provided a shuttle, great communication, and got everything resolved for us at no extra cost. Was very impressed with the level of customer service. Everyone we spoke with at this location was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Driving through sudbury while I had a screw in my tire. These guys rebalanced and patched it up in fifteen minutes as soon as I pulled in. Such great friendly people.

We purchased a trailer in Sudbury, 5 hours away from home. Kal Tire got us in, 4 new tires mounted on the trailer and we were on our way within 30 minutes. And it was just before closing. Excellent service, very friendly, customer oriented, great attitudes.

Went here for a retorque on a Ryder truck, was out within 15 minutes and got to get back on the highway quickly for a long drive to Alberta. Very happy with their service...Quick, professional and courteous!

I have a commercial truck. Kal tire sent a driver to meet someone half way to Northbay to get me back on the road same day. Within a couple hours actually. Top notch customer service great group of people to make that shop run. Will be back forsure I highly recommend!!!

Had some skid steer tires mounted on loose rims, had an issue with one of them. Brought the one tire back and no questions asked they remounted the tire and has been good since, great service!
