The sales team here is not serious about helping serious customers find a car. I called into the dealership about 8 times now. Not a single person in sales, parts, or service was able to answer the phone. The phone line kept bringing me back to the main menu then when you make a selection it will ring for a bit then redirect you back to the main menu. If it's this hard to get a hold of them to buy a car, I cant imagine how long and crazy the vehicle purchasing process is.

We bought our last car there, which is a used Rouge 2018. The customer service is top notch. The prices are good too. 10/10 would buy from them again.

Staff is accommodating but I find the service department poorly run. Small jobs take waaay too long as I feel they are saved till mechanics can squeeze them in between bigger jobs. Why not get the little ½ jobs in and out. Probably gas something to do with the final bill... spending more money get u to the top of priority.

Curtis and Brad(salesman) were great to deal with!! But after owning the truck for 3 years The service department is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with! I don’t think I could support such a business again even after talking to service manager 1 on 1….brutal! Brought the truck to the shop and came out with less parts than what it had on the way in lol.

Such a racist experience i have ever had in my life.
I went there to see the cars but spent almost 20 minutes at front desk and nobody come and see.
All sales person saw and ignored us.
