LCBO is a large store with an extensive selection of wines, spirits, and beers. The staff are consistently wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They are willing to go out of their way to provide excellent customer service, including sourcing limited items from other locations. Customers report consistently positive experiences and great satisfaction with the service received. The store is always clean and well-kept.
There is so many options to choose from. I like how the cash has flavors of the day or week, chosen by staff. It sometimes helps those who want to try something different or can't decide on what to drink. The staff are all friendly and helpful
