Lovely staff they are very welcoming and try to help out with finding items and dealing with customers. Outside of the store is a bit scary but that's not the fault of lcbo.

My most recent experience here was great. They had extra seasonal workers and all the cashes were open.

Clean store, stocked well, friendly staff, security top notch. Prices due to inflation were not what I remembered but am not a regular drinker, so I purchase maybe every 8 yrs unless I need something for a special occasion.Not a fan of downtown location due to some drifters, and many drug abusers/homeless people that try to hang around. Store does it's best to keep them at a long distance. (City issue) yet the other locations have same issues (LaSalle too)

First cashier I went to was rude and unprofessional, if it wasn't for the other friendly cashier I'd just put the drink back and go somewhere else.
