Diane was absolutely fantastic, every step of the way. I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make my mother's birthday special!I initially placed an order online for local delivery for a Maison Berger lamp starter kit and some fragrances. Diane got in touch right away to let me know that one of the fragrances was out of stock. I was in the midst of flying from my homebase in Los Angeles up to Wisconsin, so I didn't have reliable access to inventory for a replacement. I vaguely asked for a couple alternatives my mom would like. Diane came back with spot on suggestions that my mother ended up adoring!5/5 all around. The service was friendly, speedy, and knowledgable. The process was easy, even from a distance and intermittent connections on my end.I hope I can make the trip from LA to Sudbury for next year to shop in person, but I've found a solid go to either way!Diane: Thank you very much, again, you made the day special for my mom and took the stress out of everything for me.
