I brought 3 rings in for repair and to be resized. She told me she always calls with a price before any work would be done. A week went by and I did not receive a call. When I called, she said she would look into it and call me back, she did not. When I called a few days later, she said they were done and on their way back to the shop. I explained that she had never given me a price before they completed the work. She argued me about it and just kept telling me that she told me, she tells everyone. I was wrong and she was right and she would not let it go. I got my rings a few days later and the repairs that I had requested had not been completed. She told me I was wrong for wanting it done that way. I will not be wasting my time or money at that store ever again.

I visited the shop as it is handy but just for a simple repair. The service and the friendly atmosphere was excellent. While waiting I killed some time browsing and the inventory seems of the highest quality and fairly priced. Thanks Lucy.

Lucy is vary nice and Helpful beautiful selection of jewellery and does ear piercings for 25 dollars with gun.
