Vida was very helpful and helped me find everything I needed. She also took the time to search for an item in another size. It wasn’t available but she checked other stores and recommended a local store that had the item in stock.

Store is a complete mess and cannot find items as they are scattered absolutely everywhere. Better selection at Saans. Jackets are located at every corner of the store. No selection of slippers, staff can't speak english or understand what you are asking for. No more Marks for me or my family.

The young lady at the cash was very pleasant and engaged with her customers. I found what I was looking for. Store was very nice as were all staff.

Returned a bunch of stuff. I had limited time, and it took a while because there was one (lovely) cashier, after the 2nd took off while there were 3 people in line. Didn't appreciate that one's comment about my service dog. Went to shop elsewhere.

Bought Timberland casual hiking boots. 2 weeks later an eyelet for lace popped out.
Brought them in with receipt and had them swapped for an even better looking pair (pic).
No fuss. No wait. Truly smooth and proff. Just the way anybody would want it!
I love the boots.
Great price
And
Excellent quality.
Regardless of the eyelet problem. Usually any new item will have an issue in the run of all the items made. It was the returning and associates that were so cool and efficient.

Got my most recent pair of work shoes here. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the women's so the sales person suggested mens. I will never go back to women's again. These are the most comfy pair of shoes I've ever gotten. ?

Dealt with the manager Crystal with an issue about my boots. Took care of it right away and was very patient with me and the process. Will definitely be back here to do business with her. Phenomenal customer service and pleasure to deal with.
