Horrible experience dealing with staff, great stay as long as you need absolutely nothing from anybody.
Locked out of your room? You can expect to wait a minimum of an hour just for someone to get you back in, oh and they’ll blame you for your key not working only two give you two more keys that also don’t work.
Want extra pillows? Blankets? Keep dreaming, maybe you can go out and get some during the periods you spend locked out of your room.
Really terrible that this could be a good stay, given the staff actually cared about the place and the guests.

Room was clean, but very basic and minimal. Didn't have enough towels, only two in the room for 2 queen beds. No soaps/shampoo, no tissues in the room/bathroom. There was a mini fridge and microwave but no table with a chair to sit at - only the beds. Room echoed a lot, it was very minimal so nothing to help with the sound.
Being across the street from the OPP station we felt fairly secure and it was very quiet despite being so close to the highway, we had a good sleep.

Exceptional staff. I felt safe and secure.
The rooms clean and well stocked.
I would highly recommend this Motel 6 to everyone.
Safety: We checked in late, the staff was exceptional. I felt completely safe from the moment I was greeted at the front desk.

Dirty rooms. Floors of my room weren’t vacuumed (someone else’s hair all over the floor), hair on the walls in the bath tub that weren’t mine, dried mucus and dirty finger prints all over the bathroom door. Usually don’t write reviews but people need to be warned to adjust their expectations.

Vomit on the sink, hair in the bathtub. Dirty floors. Pillows extremely colored yellow and old. Blood on towels and sheets? Air conditioner rattled constantly making sleep difficult. The rooms look nice and modern but inspect carefully. Also the water smelled extremely like egg/sulfur

This place is a lifesaver, we thought we would have to camp out in our car then we found this place that had availability, great friendly service and clean rooms at a great price! It’s pet friendly for whom are travelling with pets, and free great coffee in the morning.

This is a (okay) motel, rooms has nice flooring, nice furniture. Only terrible thing (maybe it's just Sudbury water) smelled horrible. Didn't even want to have a shower. Other then that good room (stayed in room 108)

Great little place to stay for the night. Off the highway, cheap, cash deposits, pet friendly, quiet night, clean rooms, and very nice, courteous staff. Would highly recommend to anyone. We stayed the night with our 2 small dogs, 2 year old toddler and 10 month old infant.

Rolled in late at 1am and was greeted promptly by a friendly gentleman. The rooms were clean and the coffee was okay. Great location.
