Not all about 'the Dale's. They genuinely care about the customer. Example:
A fella came in wanting a very expensive stain to do the outside of his cottage. The staff member helping him (all staff agreed) advised him against & provided valid reasons...greatest being the cold temps. She advised that for the stain to be most effective...need 20 + degrees for at least 24hrs. Otherwise, waste of time & monies.
A rarity in today's world...putting customer first beyond the sale. You won't find that kind of advice/service at the big box stores. That's why I buy my paints
..and will continue to do more so now, as I know they have my best interests at heart, from Barrydowne.
