I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience at pro nails today. The young man who completed my nail services was sweet and thorough. He did a wonderful job recreating the picture I brought in as inspo. I'm also so happy he removed the previous nails I had on from a different salon, as I did not like them at all. This set is definitely one of the best I have ever had:)

My experience with Pro Nails was AMAZING! I had spent quite a lot on my nails the week prior at a different salon and was visibly upset by my experience with them. The young man that did my nails tonight took extra care and paid attention to detail ( which was impeccable!) He asked me often through out if I liked the shape and length every time he finished filing before continuing on to the next finger which I really appreciated! He did an amazing job!!! I got there at 645, they close at 8 pm... he stayed till my nails were complete and I was happy we'll after close! ( my nails weren't started till around 740 and needed to be completely redone from scratch - they were very busy!) They are AMAZING!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! I will definitely return and recommend again and again!!! Thank you so VERY much!!!!!!!!! 💓
Adding to this because they are simply the best! Lol I've been there 3 times so far... and they hit it 3/3. They pay attention to what u want. They want specific details.. if one isn't sure they ask eachother for advice. I've not seen customer service like this at any other nail salon! I work late 5-7 days a week.. they have never refused me service for asking for a fill if it's an hour before close even if they know they need to stay 10 or 15 mins after. They dint complain. Litterally the best people to see! Thanks again guys !!!!

A friend took me there for the first time around 2 months ago. Wonderful customer service on the phone. I had been going to Cali Nails in the new sudbury center previously and it’s very rushed and busy. While here each worker takes time and precision on your nails. They are quite a clean and organized establishment and don’t skip over any details. I hated how at cali they wouldn’t cut the cuticles to the nails would be cute but my finger’s themselves with the cuticle would ruin the look. The only slight problem was when i got chrome and it was messy and not cleaned up very well, but it was hard to see unless you look closely. I have been going back to pro nails ever since. Same price at both places but much better quality here. ❤️

I went in for a fill. My nail tech started doing someone else’s nails not even halfway through my service, which I called ahead for. He didn’t file off all of the previous black polish; which I asked him twice to fix. He said he’d fix it after?? Then he applied the acrylic wonky, which I asked him to fix, which he said he would later, which meant filing my nail shorter because the end wasn’t applied correctly. I then had to ask him to file my other nail shorter to match. He didn’t compare my nails to check for the same length. I asked for a dark nude pink, he applied hot pink, which I asked him to fix. Then he applied purple. I showed him the colour again, he said they don’t have it (I showed him the colour before he touched my nails). He then used the airbrush to show me an orange brown. Then he showed the other tech the colour, and left my phone beside her for the rest of my service. He changes the colour, I don’t even care at this point, it wasn’t horrible so I took it. At the end of it all he rubs my hands with lotion with his gloves, with acrylic dust, dip powder, and nail polish on them. I then paid $73. I was there for 2.5 hours. I can still see the old polish on my nails, lol.

I got my nails done here and they charged me $100. I asked for a simple french manicure and the women just kept adding more and more details I didn't ask for. I asked how long the nails should last and was told 2 weeks i had them on for exactly 7 days and they all have fallened off. I am pretty upset with the service as I felt I was over charged and it was done poorly to have fallened off so quickly

I got my nails done here 6 days ago. I asked for my natural nails with gel polish and a design. They said they always recommend bio gel for natural nails, so i agreed and when they finished my nails looked very thick and the gel they put on chipped off 6 days later it also cost $96 for just natural nails no extensions. Overall I am not happy with my experience and would not recommend this salon.

They were super nice and professional! Got my nails done by Rose she was super sweet and did a really good job. Price is def worth the service ?Cleanliness: very clean and organized
