Three cashiers open, with long lines. There were many seniors waiting in line that may not be able to stand for long periods of time. This store keeps getting worse all the time.

Nice place to shop but a mistake in my view to close off the one end now everyone scrambles to one entrance and everyone parks at one spot. Was really nice to have your choice to what end you wanted to enter as its a big store.

Always a GREAT Shop with most everything you need under one roof. Well stocked shelves, many deals to be had, great produce and lots of little extras you don't find anywhere else. I can spend hours checking everything out as I don't get to shop here regularly. And always walk out of there feeling very satisfied, as a customer who has just gotten many things at great deals. That I haven't been able to find elsewhere or that I now don't have to make many more stops for. I have also never experienced bad customer service at this location. So VERY Happy ?

this store is literally a grocery store that have alot of employee that don't take pride on what they do , they're all underpaid plus treat people with disabilities like a old pair of shoes, this place are full of bully's and raises the prices so they can make more profit out of us that can barely make it. bunch of self-centered staff

Keep more cashes open at peak hours, I didn’t ask to work there and 8 people in the only cashier’s line is silly.. however, friendly staff, would love to see more of them!

The store is huge in size almost everything such as groceries daily needs can be find here easily.

I take pictures of the price tags. Too many times I've gotten to the cash and have something ring in at a different price. Once the employee removed the old price and lied to the cashier about it (I went back to take a picture of the tag and it was gone). They don't put the right items in the right spot. I once picked up a container of blueberries and what scanned at the register was a dollar or two more than what the price on the shelf was. When I showed the cashier the picture of the price on the shelf she told me that I picked up the wrong blueberries even though those were the only blueberries on the shelf and told me that if I wanted the berries I had to pay what they scanned in as. Some cashiers are good and will honour their scanning code but others won't. This store needs to get their act together to get products properly priced and ensure their employees are honest when things aren't properly priced.

Love the selection and late hours here. The staff are also great. I have been checked out by Sam (he/him) several times. He is awesome! Knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. I always look for him to check me out now. Big shout out to Sam!

Recently went here to buy a few pharmaceutical supplies. The shopping area is really clean and well maintained but..... DO NOT USE THE MENS WASHROOM HERE!!!!!!!!! It was a very frustrating experience. Only the emergency lighting was working, secondly, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, hanging the wall and not working at all and all the flat surfaces didn't seem to have been dusted or cleaned in quite some time. Duty sheet was hanging blank on the back of the door and there was nothing on which to hang a coat other than the baby changing platform which DID NOT look too encouraging. Nice store, well stocked but BATHROOM WAS A DISASTER!!!!!

Amazing customer service, had an issue with my payment card and they discreetly pulled everything aside so I could run and get my other card from my vehicle. This store is always so clean and stocked. Love shopping here.

I have tried to help to correct the location pinned on the map. It shows Superstore is at the corner of LaSaile. I believe the location is a Gas station. But Google ignore my correction. Please help.PS: Great grocery. My favourite in Sudbury.

K so sudbury livin n this store has it except for the 1 dollar buggy. Ery time I'm here I wanna bunker outBut only leave witt wut I can carry.u force me to carry two hands n i had an owie there b4. Yall r tripping.-but im not surprised. Call it wat u want but u quak like them rest. Still I like u Soni will continue to give u my coins wutevea I can carry.
