Technician made my feet bleed in 2 areas. Pedicure stations are dirty, toe nails & chunks of dead skin all over the floor. Hope I don’t end up with an infection.

2 technicians and not enough help. I waited 1/2 hour soaking in acetone which I asked not to do. The technician rushed over to drill off a shellac top coat very quickly, I soaked some more, pulled my own acrylics off to save time (with a file they gave me)and was still asked to sit for another half hour soaking in a bowl of water, while another client that arrived after me, started getting a Manicure. I told them I can't wait any longer so I asked what the cost of the acetone soak was...they replied $22.50. I made a fuss and said I pulled my own nails off, and waited too long. They agreed to $5 and I left very upset. They also overflowed the tub of water for a pedicure on the floor because they didn't pay attention and made another woman sit there in the pedicure chair for a long time. I will never go here again. First and last time.

I’ve tried twice now to go as I received a gift certificate at Christmas both times they were closed well before the closing time online and on the door , I was there again tonight at 430 and they were already closed but supposed to be open till 6 , not a great way to run a business
