I had the unfortunate of going there for prescriptions..The 2 pharmacist are the worst people I ever encounter disrespectfull.rude.arrogant..ect they screwed up on my medication so many times and the pharmacist women that as an accent needs ro learn to respect people and stop making mistakes...the worst pharmacist around for service..

I went in this evening at 6:44 pm pick up a 6 ride. The guy tells me sorry everything is accounted for and locked up for the night. Are you kidding me, why? during business hours, that should be done at the end of the day when the store is closed. Shame, on him for denying me to purchase a buss pass. You don’t deny customers. Talk about lack of customer service.

Horrible pharmacist team, they are very neglectful and unhelpful to patients that need their meds. My 83 year old grandmother is in pain and we asked them to help fill her prescription she got at the clinic and they told us to get lost and that they can’t/won’t help us. Go somewhere else if you want your prescription filled properly and without rude service

if I could put 0 for a review I would, the Sudbury Rexall on Bancroft Drive, the manager phamacist is aggressive, disrespectful, abusive of elderly people, He raises his voice so everyone in the store can hear him, all the staff and customers.he is very aggresssive beware to all women and elderly people.. He as no respect for your privacy of your health. He is a disgrace as a manager phamacist. some of the phamacist do not let you know when your doctor sends you a new medication. do not advise you on what to do...they send your medication by delivery without your knowledge and permission...they are the worst phamacy I ever dealth with, run if you can

Pharmacy staff has always been great in person as well as over the phone. Line ups are slow at the post office as well as front cash. It seems as they don’t have someone full time in the post office and you have to ring someone to come up. Half of the time, we’re told they’re outside and end up waiting 30 mins or so for their return.

Pharmacy people are always pretty dang good. The Canada post has always been great to us. All the staff there is always nice. They have a good variety of stuff. Self checkout is okay it is sometimes not working. Parking is good also.

Sold us expired lottery tickets. Some of the staff are nice but there is a particularly cranky cashier who works here and if I see her working I leave. Have had very serious issues with the pharmacy that had to be reported to the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
