I would like to personally thank Kelly. I walked into the store twice (along with 5 other stores) I needed a change in wardrobe and I didn’t know where to start. On my second time entering, she offered her help again except this time I accepted the help.I spent almost $300 and have 3 full new wardrobes.If it weren’t for Kelly, I would have went home with no bags and defeated. Now I look stunning and powerful.Thank you Kelly!

Ran into a couple of stores, seven to be exact, and Kelly was the only one to even realize that I had walked in. She gave me excellent customer service so I purchased something because of that. Customer service definitely makes a difference.

I shop at Ricki's more than anywhere else both online and instore and every experience in the store has been positive. Staff are friendly and helpful and store is well stocked and kept nice and tidy with good signage on various racks.

I went to pick up an online order the older sales lady was rather rude. The next day I returned one item as it was to big and the same sales person was there. She was very rude and acted as though I was a pain in the ( you know what) I purchased 2 other items and asked if the jewelry was on sale like online. Once again she rudely answered. I have to return the top I bought as I’m not a fan and I’m hoping someone else will be there. She has put me off to the point I’d rather not shop there again.
