Stopped pumping my gas when I got back in my car because it's cold outside. Told me through the speaker to stay at the pump. Pumps stop automatically and it's damn cold outside.

Just got gas started pumping at $1.25 ( both sign and pump said $1.25) when I finished pumping the receipt said $1.38 per L when I spoke with the attendant who said they couldn’t do anything. I am upset as I started pumping at $1.25 but once I paid the price charged was $1.38 despite me starting to pump at $1.25 that is a $8 difference in total after filling my car. I will not be back to a shell station after this experience.

Got gas, the pump was out of paper went to get my receipt from the guy. He isn't able to print it says he will text it to me. I never got my receipt. My work pays my gas but without the receipt I am now out 50 bucks.

Charged me twice for gas. Told me come back in 24 hours for a refund. Came back the next day and was denied. Argued for an hour. Still no money. Scammers. Laughed in our face, don’t know how you can run a business like that.

I am so disappointed. I purchased a Deluxe and drive through car wash The initial tire cleaner sprayed and then there was one vehicle water spray shower, ( NO SOAP, NO RINSE )then the green exit light ??? I went in to inform the person at the cash anticipating even a simple acknowledgement however she informed me that I bought the deluxe and she watched it take place...I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH My primaryregret is not having read the reviews prior to purchase.

Fix your Car Washes please! Came to the one today on Paris St - doesn't work, has been down for 3 month I was told. Came to Regent street - doesnt work. Is it randomly decided by someone that "the car wash is down" or your facilities and equipment in such a bad shape that it keep breaking down all the time?

Unimpressed with the car wash service. Didn't clean dust off my truck even after getting the "ultimate" package. Also, car wash price goes up without buying gasoline. Definitely staying away.
