Purchased a very expensive pair of NB Runners to use for walking. Less than three months, and a huge hole in the top! Spoke to manager and she said, “normal wear and tear”?!?! Called customer service and they wanted a credit card number for a cash purchase????? Seriously? I’ll go back to Walmart and pay 1/6 of the amount and they won’t wear out! NO MORE Sport Chek or expensive shoes for me!

Don't rely on them for skate sharpening. They close at 8 I'm in at 7, literally no one else around and the guy says he can't get to them tonight because he's cashing out. Have a game tonight and was relying on being able to get them cut here. Bring your skates elsewhere.

With 1 hour to closing and no customers in store my son was refused skate sharpening. Was told they were in middle of cashing out. Shameful lack of service.

I will not shop at this location again. On multiple occasions I have experienced the staff stalking me around the store and repeatedly asking if I need help finding anything, despite me saying "no thank you". I definitely felt like I was being observed to see if I was stealing, which I found comical if they knew my place of employment. In addition to that, the staff I have had experiences with are extremely rude. A man named John to be specific I believe he is a manager there, he has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He is a rude and condescending individual. I'll shop at the Lasalle location from here on out.

Ishanie I think that's her name...anyways, she was amazing! Tried to find a product over the phone and she killed it with her interaction. Well done!Class customer service from her! Will be back!

Followed me around thinking I was stealing asked about 20 times if I needed help and didn’t help when I said what I was looking for , my fiancé bought 2 items one had metal . The alarms went off because they forgot to take the metal off and I said you can check my stuff and they did and after still seeing I stole nothing replied with I’ll be checking my cameras ! Very rude and being judgemental I’m assuming .

I've had really good service at Sport Chek Southridge. Really helpful staff -one staff member even tried on a pair of boy's ski pants for me so I could see the fit since she was about the same height as him! The manager there is fantastic. Every time I am there I can see him all over the store wherever he is needed. I've seen him at cash, helping customers decide on skis, he's sharpened my skates and he checked over my son's binding adjustment in the tech shop. The guy does it all like an effective manager should be able to do. Great job Sport Chek!
