I’ve been a satisfied customer of Hyundai Sudbury for over eight years, and I have nothing but positive feedback. Their customer service is outstanding. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Josh Piela, who has always been transparent, thorough, and patient with my many questions.
Steve Liddard also provided thoughtful answers regarding extended warranties, while Sean Wilson fairly appraised my trade-in, ensuring I received market value. Michael Kryzaniwsky & Nick Taillefer expertly managed the financing details for my new purchase. The service department, especially Dylan Marcotte and Dylan Brown, consistently greet me by name with a smile, making my wait comfortable. The free Wi-Fi and lattes are a nice bonus!
I’d like to highlight Cindy Haapala, who always makes me feel like I’m talking to an old friend. I also had the pleasure of meeting owner and general manager Jeremy Mannella, who was hands-on at a customer appreciation event, grilling burgers and engaging in friendly conversation.
Having visited other dealerships, I wholeheartedly recommend Hyundai Sudbury for all your service needs. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been professional, kind, and dedicated to ensuring a great experience.

No commission truly does mean no pressure when you shop here.
Darren made the buying process pain free and stress free. He provided us with multiple quotes on the vehicles I was looking at buying and ran through all the options with me.
I am happy to say that this made my first experience buying a car through a dealership a good one.

Such a great experience. Showroom is spectacular and exceptionally clean. Darren Stutt was very friendly and helpful. Took his time to explain all of the features of our new Santa Fe. Dealing with Nick Taillefer in financing was also fantastic. Very clear and explained exactly what our options were. Great experience all around. Would buy here again in a heartbeat.

I am very unsatisfied with the treatment and disorganization by Sudbury Hyundai, as well as there staff. We had an appointment booked, but when we arrived they told us we had no appointment but that they could "squeeze us in", in addition, they can never find the file, it is listed under my grandfather's name. In addition to saying we did not have an appointment, the part that was being fixed the staff was unable to find for some time, even though it had been ordered weeks earlier. The service was great in the beginning before we bought our vehicle, but since then it has been nothing but unsatisfactory, if I could go back to the purchase of my vehicle, I wish I would have not gone with Sudbury Hyundai. We were told that the car was certified, and it came with brand new summer tires, but when the tires we put on the car, we were told that the tred is almost gone and that the tires were not safe to use, so i.e...there was false fact or advertising, and there has been nothing but continuous issues with the vehicle. Another issue, while waiting for my vehicle to be prepared I was kindly given a loaner car. I lost my university library book in the vehicle and was contacted by the receptionist to come to pick up the book. Due to the nature of my work, I was unable to return her call but when we went to pick up the book which I do admit was irresponsible on my part, though we were told that it had been thrown out. I felt that it should be the responsibility of your company or employee to pay for the cost of the book, though the receptionist phoned me a few days later to let me know that they did indeed have the book. The receptionist was rude, inconsiderate, and should learn how to properly conduct herself while dealing with clients.
Update: I am selling my Hyundai, SO Happy I wont have to come to this dealership anymore! I brought it in for recalls to be done on it before I sell it. They open at 8am, but Chantal did not pick up the phone until almost 9am! Then she couldn't hear me so I had to yell. Even after yelling she couldn't hear me. So far this isn't looking like it's going to go that great but will update again after.

I was initially skeptical about this dealership as they boast on 'no commission means no pressure' work system. To my surprise people like Cody, Mike and Steve are committed to get you the dream vehicle with best priced deals.

No commission means no pressure also means they have no pressure to sell you anything. Sales person I got really didn’t care to earn my business or not.
Edit: Changed review from 2 to 3 after receiving a nice call regarding how I could have been better serviced.

During my car shopping experience in Sudbury, Hyundai was one of the only dealerships who used their website booking system efficiently. For anyone who is not a fan of the time wasted car shopping, Sudbury Hyundai does an excellent job at allowing the customer to enter the dealership at their own pace. Joshua was extremely kind, efficient, organized and did not pressure us into making any decisions.
