I have my winter coat dry cleaned here every year, love the shop, love the attitudes, fair pricing and not long of a wait at all. I recommend this cleaner and will continue to use them.

Excellent service. I had ripped my black leather blazer; the repair is barely noticeable! I thought there'd be a big seam. I am so happy and will recommend this dry cleaner no problem.

The clerk behind the desk was really rude. She did not use one single bad word but her tone and attitude was just disregarding and passive-aggressive. I felt mistreated. On the other hand. They have a waiting time longer than 15 days for a small alteration.

Excellent service and always greeted with a smile, I typically get my towels and some minor laundry done here. When it comes to suits and ties they'll do a fantastic job. Had my suit taken in once to be pressed and cleaned, looked brand new afterwards. Thanks Sudbury Steam and your amazing team!

Called to get a zipper replaced on a winter jacket and a pull tab for the zipper on one boot, and it would have taken over two weeks, so I went with Heels'n'Soles instead.
