I started purchasing goats milk here since it's unfortunately the only thing my baby can drink. Unfortunately every time I place a bulk order for milk so I have enough for the week or two, they do not place the order correctly/at all and never have the amount needed. Once they didn't receive any extra and I was stuck without for a week having to pay double elsewhere. I didn't get a call letting me know if this either, so headed out for my weekly pick up from hanmer for nothing.I was told I would be getting a 5% discount since I have been spending 500$ monthly ongoing but I rarely get the discount, every time I am in my name and info doesn't come up on the computer so no discount is marked. I've asked employees to ask Robin to call me to discuss order amounts since I don't have the time between medical appointments to drop by when Robin is in but I have yet to get a call at all. I asked them to place an order for 33 bottles of milk so I can have enough over the holidays and they only had 10. Now I will be out on Christmas Day and since it's the holidays the truck will be later then usual that week.

I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of natural supplements they have! My partner is up in Sudbury for work and told me about this place, I hopped onto the website and was surprised at the variety they had. I sent him in with a list and we have been very happy with the products we have been using for our 3 dogs.
We bought the ImmuneSURE by pet wellbeing, for our dog that has Lymes disease.
The StressGOLD by pet wellbeing for our dog that has some general anxiety.
The Carna4 supplement for everyones gut health.
I wish we had this store near us, we would definitely become regular customers if we did!

Good variety but can be difficult if need to change foods if you have picky eater pets. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others.

Just purchased raw dog food and need to bring back as he is not doing well on it , with a receipt they are not refunded me, as we were told there would be no issues if need to bring back . Called and left message to return my call, still no call back...very madning , not happy with customer service at all.
