Give up on this business. Go to Rona+ Management issues from the top down. Staff have no idea what's going on and no one is able to help resolve issues. Scheduled delivery doesn't show up, no calls or texts to notify the customer who took the whole 12 hour window off. Can't call the store because no one answers the phones. Online virtual assistant may as well be an employee given how useless and redundant it is. As a professional contractor I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Do not buy a garage door opener here. The contractors they use are terrible. They didn’t show up for two appointments in a row without even so much as a phone call. Wasted 10 hours of my time. We returned the garage door opener and got our money back. Didn’t even get a sorry from the people at Home Depot. We bought our new garage door opener at Rona and the people there couldn’t be more helpful.

Very dusty and hard to find workers to help at times. No assistance to take out your lumber and load up.

The customer service is terrible. I paid $6000 up front for kitchen cabinets. 2 of them needed to be shipped. When they didn’t arrive customer service sent me to the cabinet manager Tracey. Tracey sent my concern to the escalation desk. The escalation desk cancelled my order without contacting me to find a solution to the problem. The escalation desk, who is not a real person, sent me back to customer service. When I went back to customer service for answers they sent me back to Tracey. After being sent in circles without an acceptable solution to getting my cabinets that I paid for I took the refund. Then they would not do anything unless I paid for the cabinets in full again. After offering to pay 25% and the balance when the cabinets arrived. They refused. I offered 50%. They refused. I returned all of the cabinets because they refused to provide me with any customer service. This was an absolutely terrible experience all because the cabinet manger Tracey refused to provide any customer service.

Most unorganised store. All the staff runs from you instead of helping you. I had 10k to spend for a new washroom, i hired La Cuisine instead. More pricey but service is everything so I don't think I'll go back. They are literally worst then canadian tire and they are really bad for service so no, I won't be back. I don't even care to take the time to let you guys know about the horrible service from giving water sample test to the amazingly unorganized people running that show..unreal. just a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off that will waste your time and don't respect appointment times. Save your gas from going to this home depot. It's ran by a bunch of kids and retirees that are... well let's say retired..even on this job. No one cares to help you out, they are just putting in their time for a very low paycheck. If there was a 0 star, they'd get it. I'd fire the whole staff and start fresh to be honest as none of them seem to want to work

Fridge was marked in store as on sale for $3100, employee told us on Tuesday to wait until Thursday incase it went lower but otherwise they would honour the price. Price didn't lower so we were prepared to pay $3100 on Thursday but the manager said they could only sell it full price which was $4200. Said he might be able to knock a couple hundred bucks off, but he "couldn't take the hit" of selling it for the price it was marked as. Don't mark it down in store to that price if you won't sell it at that price. We said we were okay with the floor model if for some silly reason that was the only one that was $3100, but he said he would even charge us $4200 for the floor model. I would think losing $1100 would be better than losing a $3100 sale, but I've never been great at math. Too bad, but off to Rona we go.

I still love hone depot in comparison to Lowes however there was a recent issue that came about where I came to realize that some of the professionals being recommended bygone depot were not people I would necessarily want in my home. Unqualified.. criminal records etc.. I called and was told I would be called back and be able to speak to someone concerning this but that never happened. I believe in the product they are selling however integrity and professionalism is very important especially when installing products in people's homes (and you should have proper qualifications to do so)
Therefore I am very leary to recommend the professionals from there now but I still love the products!

Purchased a brand new fridge/stove/dishwasher. All whirlpool. Dishwasher was delivered with a damaged rail on the bottom(frame), fridge works periodically.. still waiting for the stove to start having issues. Called to see what they could do.. turns out they cant do anything. Just spent $5000 at their store and they don’t offer service or returns even. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE! What a joke of a store. Come get your garbage out of my house and give me my money. (EDIT… new dishwasher is on the way.)

Tonight, my spouse and I visited the Sudbury Home Depot to make several purchases. Although we spent approximately $1,000, our expenditure could have been higher. Regrettably, despite our efforts to seek assistance, we were left unattended. I waited by the Milwaukee battery exhibit for roughly 30 minutes, following a 10-minute quest to locate a staff member. Subsequently, I opted to procure the required batteries and charger from Amazon while at the store. Nonetheless, the absence of service resulted in a potential loss of around $700 for the store. Kudos to Home Depot for failing to facilitate this transaction.

Just spent 30 minutes on 3 attempts to order insulation for pickup. First 2 times I spoke with a human I was put on hold and listened to a ringing phone for 10 minutes each time. 3rd attempt didn't even get me to a person just recordings and a ringing order desk. Horrible customer service with the telephones.
