She ordered in all the parts as quickly as possible, provided a shuttle, great communication, and got everything resolved for us at no extra cost. Was very impressed with the level of customer service. Everyone we spoke with at this location was very friendly and extremely helpful.”

I purchased the tires online and had them shipped directly to the store, then booked an appointment for the installation.

I arrived on time for my appointment, and they took my keys right away, letting me know it would take about 45 minutes. It ended up taking around an hour, but the whole process was smooth and straightforward.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Costco Sudbury for tire swaps.

Additional Note: They clearly know their job and don’t try to overcharge for anything. I was initially skeptical that they might bill me for a TPMS service pack, but they didn’t—my car uses an indirect TPMS system with no sensors, and they handled everything honestly and professionally.
