“I've been going here a while now, to store and get my tires swapped. Will continue to, it has been consistently good. There was a small issue one time after I went in; I contacted them and they were able to see me right away and help sort it out quickly. Also, after asking them another time to check a really slow tire leak I seemed to be having, they got me in the next day. They checked it and since there was nothing to fix, they didn't charge me, which I appreciate.
I've never had issues with them not answering calls, except maybe once during peak tire change season, which is understandable. And overall have been quite pleased with the customer service. Thank you !”

“I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. I recently had my winter tires changed at the Sudbury Costco, and my experience was completely hassle-free. I purchased the tires online and had them shipped directly to the store, then booked an appointment for the installation.

I arrived on time for my appointment, and they took my keys right away, letting me know it would take about 45 minutes. It ended up taking around an hour, but the whole process was smooth and straightforward.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Costco Sudbury for tire swaps.

Additional Note: They clearly know their job and don’t try to overcharge for anything. I was initially skeptical that they might bill me for a TPMS service pack, but they didn’t—my car uses an indirect TPMS system with no sensors, and they handled everything honestly and professionally.
