Urban Planet sudbury centre has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff is incredibly rude and seems completely unaware of the products and offers they have. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of knowledge and care for customers. I would not recommend shopping here if you value good service.

If there is a star less then 1 i will give that. The customers service is horrible. The girls in the front has so much of so called attitude. Especially, the young girl.worst behaviour with the customers. They are making faces, they really need to change.

As I was leaving, an Indian employee actually shouted for me to unfold the dress. Employees are not helpful at all and are incredibly nasty.

If I could put no stars I would. Waiting for my daughter to try on clothes I heard the way this "manager" speaks to customers. She was so rude to a young lady that just wanted to know the price of shirt. She was hollering to her accross the store the store "price is underneath on the box!!". Who gave this girl a supervisor title??? Shop elsewhere.

Price points are good, promos as well, just wish the Sudbury locations staff were more helpful. Never get greeted, staff are on their phones or sitting at the cash area talking with each other. I’m all for a healthy environment where we chat with our coworkers but waiting for a change room/help with product inquiries while staff are sitting on the cash counter deters me from wanting to buy.

Worst service ever. I went to Sudbury location for Christmas shopping a week back and got few items for which the sales person told me that my purchase is eligible for return and exchange including bodysuits. And today when i went to return it another sales rep was there, first thing- she was extremely rude and told me that bodysuits r not eligible for returns which contradicts with the other person who made the sale. Also they didn't give me the money back on my card, instead offered me store credits which is extremely annoying coz they never explain the return policy beforehand. Never gonna buy from here again! Fraud!
