Worst experience from this store regarding the online pickup, error in payment, and customer service. Never going to buy from walmart app online pick up again. Me and my partner ordered an online order on 12th of November,2024 and selected the pick up option on 13th of November,2024 in between 5-6pm. We reached there just after 5pm and tried to call them multiple times and no-one was picking up the call and it shows our order is still in preparing. Again we waited like 1 hour, still they were not responding the call. We went inside and checked the order. At least, they have to pick up the call if someone is calling multiple times. They why they are here to work. We waited like almost above one hour. To our surprise, we came to know that one item is added without our consent also they took money from the bank also above 500$. How can someone do like this? Is save it for later means order placed ? What’s this walmart? We don’t deserve this! We added TV in save it for later section and only paid the rest of the items payment on 12th, it was only near 125$. When we asked the customer service about it, he had no idea about it. He called someone else and again we had to wait there for so long. One person came and talked to the other customer service person and then came to us. We explained everything and showed the order from the walmart app and then she said it was an error and mistake from Walmart. She said to wait for the omni department associate for the order. We waited again and we got the order after 6:30pm. Two item was not available so he added substitute but he didn’t realize how come a coffee powder and creamer be the same. He said creamer is a coffee so it’s the same and spoke to us like we made a mistake. The way he spoke to us is not okay. Customer feedback always matters. I think he need more training. He didn’t even know about it and didn’t checked the order properly. We only got 1 instead of 4 creamer so we let him know these two item is different not same. Hopefully we will get the refund soon for the unavailable item and the error one. We are not satisfied with the errors, delay and especially the order issue. We both came there right after work, it was a long day and then this happened, lost almost 2 hours and waited there with leg pain. To make things easy, we ordered it from online. Also, whenever we go to south end walmart, we are not able to find anyone if we have any struggle in finding item or any issues.

Worst customer service when picking up a photo order. After waiting over 40 minutes twice, they still can’t find the orders! So ridiculous will never order again

Online order pickup experience was very bad. Staffs were not even picking up the call and had to wait for an hour at parking but still didn’t receive the order and had to unassign the doordash order. Felt bad for an hour that I had to waste. If they could pickup the call we will atleast know what time approximately the pick up is ready. Customer communication should be improved

This review is for Sudbury South end Walmart. I waited 35 minutes for a pick up order. We arrived, checked in and waited 35 minutes as other vehicles and people who had pulled in after us were served first. I spoke with 3 different employees about my order and they responded "yes I see you are checked in" but then continued to not serve me. The final employee that I spoke with who delivered the groceries to our vehicle said that another employee told the staff that they came out and our car was not parked there. We had not moved and were there the whole time. Every employee looked confused, and every employee was on their phone the entire interaction when they were approached. Walmart need to do a better job at ensuring their staff has adequate training in customer service and management.
I will not be ordering groceries for pick up at this location again and am happy to pay more to shop elsewhere if the service is adequate.

Food prices are decent. But 99% of their staff are foreign and most care more talking on their phone or each other then doing their actual jobs. Since Walmart replaced nearly call Canadian workers the quality of its customer service right right sucks. Feels like their workers dont Canadians.

Went to the Photo Center to have some rolls of film developed. Three sales associates had no clue if they provided this service. One associate pointed me to the battery section. Seriously? Another asked me to write down what I was talking about. I was completely pissed off after driving 20 kms to get a service that was advertised as available. Worst customer service ever. I left very angry. They all could barely speak English or understand me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge of these employees working in the photo dept. At least provide training or put someone that knows what the heck is going on.
