I have been waiting for my order like 1 week now and they don’t even bother to go and find my order I have called them and talked to them so many times. I understand they are busy with other stuff but they should be tracking the orders too and make sure their customers get it on the scheduled time. One of the worker even said like they are not the robots and they can’t find the order how does that make sense.

This has got to be the worst location i have seen. The entire store is dirty, clothing etc all over the floors and no employees around cleaning their areas. The conveyor belts at the cash are beyond disgusting. Last time i checked they're supposed to regularly clean and sanitize them. The bathrooms are horrid and the customer service is non existent. Will not be returning to this location. Might catch a rash.

Dirty store. Self check out area is filthy. Awful customer service from the Indian girl at the self check out mistreating customer. Is there any manager in this store to take care of the cleanliness of these self check out machines

From my experience, the early morning cashier was not so customer friendly (she had an annoying looks while scanning my items and I only had 5 items to scan + no other customers to serve). Anyways, l won't be going back to this particular store (will avoid it unless absolutely necessary).

This Walmart is beyond disgusting! The store is dirty!The clothing area is a mess.The area where the bras are look like every bra was taken out of the box and thrown everywhere!Do better Walmart!!

Bought my dog his dog food from this wal-mart location, I live quite a distance away. Was about two hours away before I went to feed my dog, opened the bag and it had a very malodorous smell. I then realized that the dog food was expired. Love being able to trust such a large corporation!
Such a waste of $62.12.

I go to the Walmart in New Sudbury often since it's close to home and convenient to shop at but after today I'm considering another grocery store.
Almost everytime I go in there, this older lady who works at the self checkout with white short hair (almost shaved) comes to complain about how we scan our products in self checkout. Saying I can't multiscan the same item when I have 10 of the same thing. Or telling me when I should or shouldn't be using the handheld scanner.
It's at the point where I feel harassed because she has something to say everytime I go in there and it's not like I'm stealing anything. Just like everyone else I just want to scan my stuff and get out of here without the harassment.
She should be fired!!! Horrible customer service! ?

Had a cart full of groceries only had 2 cashes open and 20+ self serve not open either was a line up of at least 15 people behind me. Poorly run will not go back to do my groceries if they do not want my business will go somewhere where customers matter.

Drive the extra mile and just shop at the South End Walmart. New Sudbury is just a complete mess… one of the major things I’ve noticed is how staff runs away while you’re trying to get some assistance, happened multiple times to me.
The shelving of merchandise is also very messy.

I was absolutely shocked with my visit to the Sudbury Walmart at the shopping Center. I have never seen it such a mess. It’s been a few years since I visited Sudbury’s shopping Center. What has happened?? Total disarray. What chaos. It was a mess and totally disorganized. I went there just to get a bra and I bet I was there for 45mins! The one person who I was told could help me find the bra I was looking for in another size, did not have enough knowledge nor did she know where to look. So I never got that bra. It didn’t help that all the shelves were all mixed up and disorganized. I was even on my hands and knees pulling bra’s out from behind drawers etc etc. There are boxes of bras with the wrong sizes in them and Im told it’s because of the customers. How about when the box is re-sealed, is it the customer than too?? It was such a mess that I had to actually organize the bras while I looked. As when I finally found one I liked and fit, I had to then really search for another one of the same style and size. What a nightmare! They should start paying the customers, we’re working just as hard if not harder than the staff! I had my son and my 75 year old friend waiting for me, cudos to them for being so patient. What an embarrassment. Carts full of clothes every where too. Walmart hire more staff. Obviously the ones working for you must be so overwhelmed by the mess. I know I was!
