Decent place to get in shape for sure. I dropped 20 pounds cuz I eat less treats and walk ourside a lot more - even in rainy weather. Dream bones are my faves. LOL

When it's not busy, it's okay. When it's busy, it's really bad. Not enough equipment people want / like to use, too many cardio machines nobody uses.

This has been my go to gym for the last 12 years. I have seen the improvements made over the years and the consistency to provide a clean place to workout. The staff are always friendly and are usually working wether it's cleaning or helping members out. They are always happy to see me and are and genuinely good staff. Thank you for making this space a fun one to workout at. I have considered looking at other gyms due to non 24 hours or being downtown. But when I compare world gym to other gyms the pros outweigh the cons in my opinion.

A big thanks to World Gym Sudbury, specifically the General Manager Kathy. I had an ongoing (about 1.5yrs) issue going on with the Barrie World Gym and their manager. They ignored all al my calls/messages and emails once I moved away and after exhausting every option I ended up getting connected with the GM Kathy from the Sudbury location by mistake. But I am beyond grateful that happened because Kathy is the one who helped me get everything finally solved with Barrie. If you’re looking for a gym that is run by respectful, intelligent, great people, that’s what you’ll get with World Gym Sudbury. Thank you Kathy!

Used the gym for a week while I was visiting from Florida. Awesome gym, really good equipment, and friendly staff. If I lived in Sudbury I would buy a membership.

Great gym love working out here but the classes in session are so annoying, especially when I and others can’t even enter the stretch room considering the immense space there is.

My favorite place to spend time, super clean super friendly staff, VERY clean bathrooms and change rooms. Going here has litteraly changed my life I lost 60lb in one year and hope to make more progress! My favorite thing they did so far was the costume contest on Halloween ? it was so fun wish more people participated!

This gym is run down. Ventilation is awful and flooring needs work. It is very unsafe. I switched gyms and I am still locked into paying for a membership. I’ll take the loss. Cheaper than tripping on the old floor and breaking a bone = loss time of work.

I'm really happy that I switched over to World Gym Sudbury! The facilities are clean, the staff is always friendly, the indoor parking in the winter is awesome and it's less than half of what I was paying at my old gym, plus I get tanning!
