Was going to get samples for my cat,an hour and a half walk later i find out that there charging over a dollar for them.they use to be free .
My review will hopefully change there policies to better help customers.
Changing location FROM GREELY PET VALUE to pet shop findley creek.not recomended

Soooo pleased with the staff here! They are so helpful, I've been in a few times and today I needed some information on what's the best type of cone for my dog. I'm so grateful for the product I bought, all the questions I had were answered. HIGHLY recommend this store.

I was in a bit of a hurry but I found everything I wanted. However, I asked a couple of questions about other items, and the staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. They came back with exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this pet store 100%.

Guy doing the cutting of my dogs nails was nice. Lack of communication at the front girl working at front was kinda rude. Do I drop my dog off, first come first service. I don't cut nails and there is not schedule. Aren't helpful. Thanks tips.
