Had Frank come by and provide a quote. He honoured it for 3 months while I finished my other project. He was clear concise and professional. Did an amazing job on schedule and fairly priced.

Outstanding service. I would like to thank Fracois for his professionalism. Last year, I've had the company put a 6 feet ramp of asphalt in front of my garage door, and my whole drive way sealed. They've also fixed some of the cracks I had. The company uses quality product that lasts. And if there are issues with their work lasting, even if it's the following year, the company is responsive and will come to reseal it at no charge. I'm very happy with their service and my next driveway sealing will be done again using their service.

I had quotes from several companies but decided to go with Signature Asphalt Maintenance. Frank was extremely responsive via phone and email. This company is top of the line. They trim the edges of the laneway, hand brush areas near the house so they dont make a mess and dont leave an unfinished line, clear cracks with high pressure air, rubber fill the lips near your garage door, apply sand to the rubber so the spray sticks and use a top quality matte spray. They also completed some asphalt work where an area had been cut out to run irrigation. Make sure you understand what the sealing company is including in their price because a lot them will only do half the work these guys do. Highly recommended!

We just had our driveway sealed by Frank and his team. Frank was great to work with, very friendly, promptly came to view our driveway and provided a reasonable quote. Once we were ready to have it done he was prompt to book us in and arrived on time and on budget. Our driveway looks great and absolutely no splatter anywhere! Highly recommend.
