New owners. Super nice. Sub buns are the same, which are really good, but they barely put anything on our subs. Not a great way to get return customers. I wish them luck, and hope they take this review under advisement. I'll go back and try one more time, and hope they do better. I do like that they opened the entire store, with plans on making it a full service variety store.

Had been wanting to try the sandwiches, and was pleasantly surprised to find they were open on New Years Day! Ordered two sandwiches. Delicious! Everything was super fresh and tasted great. Generous portions too. Will definitely be returning.

Best subs in town!! Delicious, well priced, and the service is always friendly and fantastic. I have also tried the cabbage rolls they sell...super yummy. A great hidden gem ?

Mmm, subs are sooo good. This is a completely random store. Half sub shop, half dry cleaning (i think). I wish it were still a convenient store but I'm glad they kept the subs.

Have been going here for over 15 years for subs. They have really good butter tarts. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.The location is a little hidden but the visit is well worth it. They have recently done some renos but stayed open during the process.

Love Apple Tree. Our family has been going there for subs for about 8 years. Always greeted by the kind and friendly staff. The subs always taste delicious and fresh. I also recently rented a uhaul from there which was very convenient. Apple Tree is a hidden gem!

Since i was a little boy this has always had a place in my heart.. Hiden location in Grimsby.. But best subs. In niagara region.. .. Its a need too stop place.

Still serving food after all of these years. Fresh made subs and frozen entrees can be a real meal time problem solver.

Worked here almost 30 years ago... they still have the best pepperettes. I drove out of my way to get some when I was close. Everthing was clean and smelled amazing. Food prep took some time for the couple ahead of us but the staff was friendly and good food is worth waiting for!
