“Sincerity and great advice is what this branch delivers. I have worked with several CIBC branches across Canada and the team at this small branch in Smithville always provide A+ service and holistic advice. Yes I am also an employee for CIBC, but I work in a national role facilitating mortgages across Canada. You will also not that I help this branch with their mortgage clients remotely. I have seen how they helped so many of our clients during the pandemic and I am so proud to call them my business partners. You deserve 5 stars.”

“I recently opened a business account at your branch and wanted to share how great the experience was. Robyn and Ubaid were fantastic from start to finish. They made the entire process feel very relaxed and simple, which I really appreciated. Both of them were extremely professional, but also very personable and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.”

“5 stars to Juan and the manager with him on tuesday 2/10/26 afternoon at 5:30pm. Im not a customer but I am with TD through my auto loan and I had a tricky situation and they went down to business — not rushing and taking their time even when theyre closing up the branch. As someone who is anxious they reassured me about my case ? these people makes me wanna switch banks”
