Small but they've made significant improvements to the main weight room this year. Usually uncrowded, friendly staff. If you're looking for something more laid back but with enough equipment to get by. This is the location in comparison to larger fit4less locations that are much busier

Staff are great- always very friendly and helpful. Not too busy in the morn. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Great experience at a great price. Been going for years and, hopefully, will continue doing so.

Very convenient, closed to me I wish it could be turn into 24/7 gym if they get access from the outside to go upstairs. And sauna ca be put back on
