We found customer service lacking, to the point of indifference. We drove to Lakeport Paint in St Catherine's because they offer custom color matching and are pleasant & knowledgeable.

Long story short. Go to the Beamsville store. Here you won't be made to feel like a bother.To the Grimsby store, maybe she's the owner, I'm not sure but one of the employees needs an attitude adjustment.
