I stopped by yesterday and had questions about upcoming Black Friday sales while checking out. Joseph was kind enough to go out of his way to look up the item I was speaking of to answer my question. He was very helpful and thorough. Amazing customer service from him!

Returned some extra material without original receipt but thanks to a young gentleman by the name of Joseph who took the time to look up the time and machine used earlier in the day was able to find my purchase and allow for a full refund, much appreciated, great employee, a keeper for sure. J.T.

Was in garden centre last week on what seems like the hottest day ever. The lady at register ( Krystal ) was happy helpful and extremely polite. I can’t believe anyone was able to work there in the heat and still be so incredibly nice. This place has fantastic people.
