I am a loyal Sobey's customer. Today I had my wallet stolen in the parking lot by a pair of con artists/ scammers & I was very upset. I returned to the store to report what happened & the staff there were absolutely wonderful. They gave me water, a chair, their cell phone & even called the Police after I had a poor interaction with the police person who originally answered our call. The police came in no time after their call. A cashier also gave a good description of the thieves while in the store & Isaac provided video camera evidence of the thieves to the police. I didn't get names as I was so upset but I wish to expressmy heartfelt thank you to those staff for your assistance, compassion,empathy & support. It really helped me get through the whole ordeal & I am truly grateful to you all . Thank you.

I picked up a Dagwood Sub for only $8.99. It was enough for dinner and lunch. Also, bought a bottle of red wine ? ?

I shop here regularly since moving to Grimsby 5 yrs ago . Love selection ,size of store & wonderful staff. Yesterday the staff went over & above & looked after me after a fall in parking lot. When I asked for a bandaid they helped clean & dress my knee. Very sweet of them & I am very greatful for their kindness!

Picked up a few things and one was a bag of mini peppers. Cleaning them in the middle of the bag were two rotten peppers. Totally unacceptable. Happens too often for price of the produce.
