worst online service, Their policy is so weird about lost item in transit. Amazon is best in the service. So now a days people trust amazon for online instead of like this store.

Really rude employees!! No customer service skills whatsoever and so unhelpful! I waited about 10 minutes for a changeroom after asking for assistance and very rude at checkout! Will not be returning!

Dude what's freaking wrong with the associates working here ? I had an online order and went for pick up. Girls over the store has serious attitude problems. I don't see myself ever going back to that store.

I always love going to this store: they have what I need, minimal unnecessary upselling, quick at cash, and can order anything I can't find in store. It's a perfect experience; don't change!

Went to Stone Road mall location and spent approx $650 on jeans. Got home & recognized I was billed ALOT more than website said. Called and was told "Oh we know, just bring your receipt back for price match" .... went all the way back to do so and while I was there I exchanged a pair. Only to find out the next day - they put the original pair/not new ones in the bag!All the way back again. Servers were also all very rude from 1st to 3rd visit.I will stick to online from now on!

I’ll add to the rest in saying the customer service is terrible. I understand it’s mainly teenagers but that’s not an excuse where is the manager??? Just a clump of 17 year olds who are too busy gossiping to do their jobs. I had to go grab one of the employees from their group while they were talking so I could have a fitting room open and then had to wait around for a cashier to appear after there were 6 of them in a cluster.

Terrible customer service, they ignored us and asked do you wanna pay? Instead of offering help, at least ask do you wanna try. They were all busy with their phones.Happend on Feb 28/2024 after 2pm

The customer service in this store is very strange. I'm the type of customer who doesn't care to be greeted or waited on, I don't insist that workers put on a facade of being persistently happy to be at their minimum wage customer service job, however I do feel that a certain minimal degree of putting some effort into not making customers feel like you don't absolutely despise them for shopping at the store you happen to work at is a reasonable expectation to have that the customer service here doesn't really meet.Every time I come into the store the vibes are so bad, and I have found if you so much as ask a low effort answer question, for example a simple clarification on a sale price, the employees act like you have insulted them, their family, friends, and past and future ancestors. I can survive the strangeness but I used to have a coworker who refuses to go in to this store because of the number it did on her social anxiety so, just some things to keep in mind. GL and best wishes too anyone who tries to shop here.

Came in last Sunday and the staff were not friendly and helpful to customers. When I came to the lady who is the staff there to ask about prices for stuffs that I chose, she just walked away and told us that another staff will help me to check out. But when we line up, The staff just look at and ignore customer. They let us wait at the wrong line without saying anything until another customer told us. Manager should train staffs about customer services so that customers are happy to shop here.

The service at cash was terrible, the two girls working Feb 6th (sunday) were rude and didn't seem to care about customer service. I bought 3 pairs of jeans that cost over 230.00 and they had a sign buy 1 get 1 for 50% off. People be AWARE of the very SMALL print that says "select styles only" !!! What a joke, I called customer service to tell them their sign is ridiculous and for a company that makes alot of money, they can afford to take 50% off jeans, come spring they will be put in the back and discounted more than that. They offered me 20 % off next purchase, I told them I didn't want it, I will never do business there again.

Dropped by this location tonight to inquire about an online order that i had placed for in-store pick up that got randomly cancelled. The male associate (I did not catch his name) was so helpful, his whole approach of 'let me check if it's here and if its not we will fix this' was a relief in this hectic busy season. Great service.
