When my daughter started at Guelph U I was looking for a reliable shop for her to take her car in case she had any issues. So glad I chose Andy's . There was an issue last week they were able to squeeze us in on a busy Friday and went the extra mile to fix the problem. Steve, Carter and the mechanics at Andy's are first rate. Great customer service at a fair price how often can you say that. Wish I lived closer I would be taking my car there from now on.

I had car troubles on the way to a cottage and stopped in at Andy’s. They made time to help me despite being busy, so friendly and helpful. Would recommend and if I lived closer would make Andy’s my go to mechanic!! So appreciative of all their help.

I've been going to Andy's for about 15 years and have recommended them to many friends of mine. They are both friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they're honest. I appreciate how they explain to me what's going on with my car, what needs to be done immediately and what things can wait. They provide options for time frames and try to source out affordable materials. For most jobs I am able to drop my car in the morning and get it at the end of the day, which is very helpful. Only once in all of that time, with all of our vehicles has an issue happened after we had work done. The day I called back they had me bring my car back into fix the issue at no cost and I have not had any problems since. Our vehicles have outlasted the expected time we hoped to be able to drive them and I think a big part of that is the maintenance and support provided by Andy's.

Needed an emergency fix for a leaking tire and these guys went above and beyond to help me out. Brand new customer but they were so friendly and kind and went out of their way to fix it even though it was the end of the work day. Very grateful that I won’t need to replace the tire now since they spotted the problem right away and got it plugged. They were quick but didn’t rush through it and now it looks as good as new. Can’t thank these guys enough!

I had an appointment to check my brakes and get an oil change done on a Thursday. Vehicle was dropped off early Thursday morning and I was told I would hear from them before the end of the day. 5:30pm Thursday I got a call that they were extremely busy and couldn't get to my vehicle. They assured me they would look on Friday and I would get a call in the morning. I called them at 5:30pm Friday as I had not heard and they said someone would be in touch shortly. By 6:30 they called and shared what work needed to be done, the quote, and said they could have the work completed by end of day Monday. I asked when I could pickup the vehicle to use for the weekend and they informed me that it was still on the lift. They agreed to go back and take my vehicle off the lift for me to use for the weekend. When I reached out to schedule the work to be completed they informed me that they were too busy to take on the job. To take 2 days to diagnose an issue, leave my truck on the lift for the weekend with minimal communication all to tell me they were too busy to complete the work is appalling service. New customers beware you will not be treated with acceptable service and same level of care as other reviews from longtime customers.

Everyone at Andy's was great at explaining what diagnostic testing was done, and what service was needed. Friendly, good communication, and fair rates will have me coming back for future service.
