“We moved in January 2021 during the height of covid. The building is clean, modern, and well-appointed. Since then the building had added the 1Valet system allowing for residents to greet and receive guests remotely which has been very useful.In regards to Building Management, I must commend Greg. As the building handyman he is quick to solve issues and pragmatic in addressing the small things before they become the big things. He's also somehow managed to remember the names of residents and dogs, which is no small feat as the building is very dog friendly complete with an enclosed dog park.The building rates high for safety with CCTV in common areas and entrances. This is important as a fair portion of residents are seniors. Here too, we can see the building management is on the ball. Countless times I've seen Greg leading paramedics to units, saving valuable time for first responders. When seconds can be the difference between life and death, I wouldn't want paramedics having to guess there way around.There is abundant parking for residents and visitors, traffic has rarely if ever been a problem.There are plenty of amenities and social events ranging from Bingo to craft fairs, a Yoga room, a theater room, a gym, etc...All in all, a great building, and a solid community with responsive and friendly building staff.”

“I like living here very much. It is a beautiful place and have had many people compliment the decor and the amenities. The only reason I can't give a 5 star is the fact that I have been living here for 4 years and was never asked if I wanted a locker. I now need a locker and there are no lockers available. I see new people getting lockers. We need more lockers.”
