We recently had our vehicle in for warranty work. It took a bit longer than expected, but it was fixed. The same vehicle had to go in again for something else within two weeks. This time it was not covered under warranty. Sarah, our service advisor felt very bad for us because this was not an old truck. It was just outside of warranty by eight months and 9000 km. She contacted Chevrolet Canada to see if they would cover part of the invoice. She managed to get Chevrolet Canada to pay part of the invoice, and her dealership, Barry Cullen Chevrolet covered the balance, even though we did not purchase our vehicle from that dealership. That’s what you call service!!

Highly disappointed in this dealership. Bought a new truck here a year ago within a month of purchase the engine light was on 3 different times flickering. Brought it back to the dealership and was told it would need to go through engine/oil testing. We were told if it failed 3 times a new engine would be needed. First two test failed, magically on the third one it fixed itself, can’t believe an engine can fix itself!!! Keep in mind there was a new mechanic manager for the third one, who was nothing but hostile; argued, smirked at us and, honestly made us feel stupid. Currently still losing oil at a high rate of 3000-5000 km BEFORE being due for an oil change in a brand new truck that they refuse to fix. HIGHLY disappointed and would NOT recommend ever going here. I had previously purchased a used vehicle through Barry Cullen back in approximately 2018 and, while not dissatisfied with what had transpired, I was left with a foul taste in my mouth. Recently, I was in the market for a new used vehicle and the make/model I was specifically looking for was difficult to find. I had put an inqury in on their website to take a look at a used Traverse and was put in contact with Shae. An appointment had been made to test drive same; however, the vehicle was sold prior to my being able to come in. Shae advised that this make would often come through the doors and he would keep me in mind. True to his word, I got a text from Shae stating that a 2018 Traverse had come into the lot and he sent me a walk around video promptly. We were in to see it not long after - there hadn't even been photos posted to the website yet, he had been that on the ball! Shortly after the vehicle was purchased, I had reached out to him regarding a check engine light coming on and he handled everything with ease - got the vehicle in to the service department to be looked at and made sure I had a commuter vehicle in the meantime. I am absolutely blown away by the service received from Shae, as it has entirely taken the bad taste out of my mouth that had been left there previously. If you're in the market for a Chevy (or a vehicle from their used lot), my family and I would 1000% suggest you speak with Shae.

Why Barry Cullen? About 6 years ago, I heard a nifty radio commercial, while living in Fergus. The famous line was, " You know Barry Cullen the Regional Dealer." It stuck.
Years later, now living in Guelph, I said to my wife, how about Barry Cullen, the Regional Dealer? The rest is history.
I walked in, met Sales Associate Elizabeth Knezevic. And wow, she's a lovely individual who understood what I was trying to describe to her, the kind of vehicle my wife and I needed most.
Elizabeth is professional, compassionate, informed, with a natural sense of humour and gives great advice to assist our needs. She's not pushy. She showed a variety of vehicles to us. And she knew a lot about every vehicle.
Finally we found the ONE.
We purchased the ONE.
Please visit Barry Cullen. Collectively they are a GREAT Group. They know their STUFF.

Very disappointed that this dealership has declined in customer service. I can guarantee that there's something wrong with my vehicle. Basically was told no code no fix! FYI NOT ALL ISSUES DISPLAY CODES! They did not want to look at anything else even though I was willing to pay an hourly labour cost of RIDICULOUSNESS. They still shrugged their shoulders. I was at the lot looking for a new vehicle for 25 minutes and not one person came out to greet me. Went to dealership next door and was taken care of within 5 minutes. I can also guarantee that anyone at Barry Cullen wouldn't let a family member leave with a vehicle that is broken, code or no code! No need to reply to my review Paul. I'm done!

PLEASE STOP CALLING ME MULTIPLE TIMES PER MONTH. I have never even been a customer at your dealership and I am getting multiple calls telling me to come in for service when my car has only ever been serviced at the fix auto attached to your dealership. I receive a call multiple times per month, sometimes multiple times per week trying to get me to come in when I never consented to this nor have I ever shopped at your dealership. And to be getting mailings from you when again I haven't ever shopped with you is a blatant misuse of my information. I had to block your emailing thing to stop getting emails from the dealership. At this point after I have asked multiple times to be removed from whatever lists, I don't know how else to get you to pay attention other than to leave a review.

everything from parts department to sales with this company is sketchy beware of buying anything at this dealer. Yes the only interaction was through the part department, who didn't cancel the order on may 18 and only waited till i called to ask where it was at and was told it had been cancelled and didn't start a refund till after that call but once reading the reviews and bad feedback from ebay apparently i am not the only one you've tried to rip off. with a feed back rating of 66.7 on ebay i should not have even tried to deal with you, that was my bad.
