Wanted Bridgestone Blizzak Ws90s winter tires for my dad's vehicle. Before booking an appointment, I had a lengthy conversation with the parts guy to make sure the rims on my old tires would fit. After discussing the size of my old tires (and this service parts guy trip checking), they deemed the rims would fit. Went there to get new tires mounted and put on. What do you know, the rims don't fit. The guy walks out and basically blames us for not checking. Whatever, I'm used to getting treated like an imbecile, what else is new?Anyways, he offers us these Goodyear tires which were nowhere near as good as the Blizzaks. Slightly overcharges us and gets mad when I say this isn't what I wanted, I'd rather go elsewhere. Nevertheless, my dad and I decided to go with these tires. We already took the day off work, UNPAID. We can't really afford to do it again and get the run around all over. Let's do it.I'm not too pleased with the experience and I hate getting treated the way we did. Plus, the quality of the "new tires" is meh. As long as they're good on ice I guess.Mind you, the lady at the front desk said if we can get a cheaper quote on the tires elsewhere, they'll refund the difference. I had a quote on hand from another place I looked at during our four hour wait. I went to show it to them and of course, "we can't do the refund today." Whatever, I paid the bill and left.I wouldn't recommend this place. It's not even about the money at this point. It was the treatment we received. The guy was "decent" but decent in the way the schoolyard bully is when the principal is on yard duty.

Want to highlight the efforts demonstrated by Niall Richardson & the team at Barry Cullen. As a 1st time, out of town customer with battery issues later on a Friday afternoon our intentions were to leave the vehicle make alternative arrangements for our UofG student expecting some form of update early in the week...Exceeding our expectations is an understatement as within 30 mins we were contacted by Niall to inform us battery had dead cell we approved the replacement and the car was ready for us to pick up. We recognize and appreciate this level of customer service and would highly recommend Barry Cullen.

Don’t go here. Service will rip you off majority and do repairs without permission than charge you. Then they let their techs get away with damaging the interior of your vehicle. From now on I’ll drive to a different city’s dealership

Today I had an issue with a 2007 Keyfaub. I had to drive out of town to another Chevrolet dealership for the faub itself. Although being booked solid for two weeks and short staffed for the day, my vehicle was brought in with no questions asked and service completed before close. Since the 90's exceptional service with the family's GM vehicles. 6+ stars.

Very happy with my experience - my salesperson was excellent, the buying process was very efficient and there was no sales pressure. I purchased a used 2018 Chevrolet Volt from this dealer and my salesperson was Elizabeth. I booked my appointment online from their website and received a response to confirm the date and time within the next day. When I arrived at my appointment time, the car was ready and parked out front for the test drive. Elizabeth was very attentive and knowledgeable in answering my questions throughout the whole experience. The vehicle was always serviced through this dealer and she was happy to walk through the service history with me and look into my various questions I had with the service manager. The price we agreed on was very reasonable, and there weren't any hidden fees or surprises. Between the test drive, questions, negotiation, and paperwork I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Definitely the best dealership experience I've had in my last 5 vehicles.

Nathan is our go to guy for anything vehicle related! Our best interest is his #1 priority! We have purchased 3 vehicles through Nathan and continue coming back to Barry Cullen Chevy (even after moving over 1 hour away) because his service is superb! They ripped me off multiple times.When my car was unsafe to drive, they told me it was ready to come get it, it was fixed and had no issue.It’s not like it was once or twice and they fixed the issue but it was about five times.I even called the supervisor which was no help at all to me.They told me we trust our mechanics to be our eyes and ears. When I’m the person that was the one driving it and they clearly didn’t test drive it enough to figure out the issue it took about 20 minutes for the issue to reoccur. Very disappointing service and customer service.
