They have great fragrances, candles, body spray, ect. Usually have good sales going on as well... BUT I am tired of being stalked around the store. I want to shop in peace, browse around. I don't need to be asked by 5 different people if I need help after I've already said I'm fine. I also don't like being followed around the store when I am shopping. It's a small enough space, I ended up just leaving today because I was so overwhelmed. & It's really obnoxious having someone ringing a loud bell YELLING in the mall about the sales.
It's a very overwhelming atmosphere and I'm getting to the point where I rather order from Amazon then come here.

Worst ever experience I had in this store I know you were busy just because of deal but you should manage the whole things I faced very rude behaviour from her she said I didn’t pay for the stuff I bought and she asked to their cashier I felt like I’m theft people surrounded in the store looked at to me and I already paid for that and I didn’t get receipt just because there was very long queue so I thought I can save time for them very bad experience in my life.

Hi, I got called about doing a job interview and when I try to call the store to speak with them it tells me the number isn’t in service. I’ve been trying to call since the day they called me but the number given doesn’t work. pls help!!

Today's experience was the worst I've ever had; I felt treated as if I were stealing something rather than making a purchase. The evident lack of customer service skills was disheartening. Despite purchasing 27 items, my request for a double bag from cashier #(3255993) was denied, even after involving the manager, who explained that giving more than one bag was restricted due to their perceived high cost. Both the manager and the cashier treated me poorly. I left the store but returned to process a return for 27 items due to the inadequate bag, eventually receiving approval from the manager. The only positive note was the helpful and professional demeanor of the lady at the entrance.

I love this store, I always go in finding something I want but obviously only if it’s on sale otherwise it’s so expensive.My only complaint is there’s a worker at this location who is really pushy and it makes me uncomfortable shopping. She’ll ask me what I’m looking for etc, then start shoving candles in my face to smell. Then once I think I’ve shaken her to browse happily on my own, she ends up finding me to ask what I’ve picked out. I’m not sure if they’re commissioned there but she makes me so uncomfortable as an introvert and I often just want to get out as quick as I can.Everyone is friendly there, just could do without the pushy sale tactics.

Amazing Service every-time i’ve been in! The staff is lovely and will always show me exactly what i’m looking for. Very well trained and well stocked. Very happy with this location !
